Reporting a journal as ready for approval before posting is only necessary if the approval procedure is enabled. Approval procedures are enabled on the measurement journal name assigned to the journal.

1. Click Balanced scorecard> Journals> Measurement journal .

2. Select the journal to be reported as ready, click Approval, and choose Report as ready.
