Click Accounts receivable> Setup> Sales order> Returns> Return reason code groups.

Press CTRL + N to create a new return reason code group line.

In the Return reason code groupfield, type an identifier for this group.

In the Descriptionfield, type a brief phrase to explain the how this group will be used.
