Click Service> Setup> Dispatch teams to open the Dispatch teamsform.
Press CTRL + N to create a new line.
In the Dispatch teamfield, enter a unique name for the dispatch team.
In the Employeelist, select an owner for this team.
In the Descriptionfield, enter a brief description for this dispatch team.
To add an employee to this dispatch team, use the Setuptab on the Employee form.
