1. Click > and select the position occupied by the employee whose employment that you are terminating.

  2. Select the employee, and click > .

  3. In the field enter the last date of employment for the employee. The expiry date is not always the last working day.

  4. In the list on the tab, select a reason code to indicate why the employment was terminated.
