Use the workload functionality to specify the percentage of load, such as the workload of a machine. The machine is represented by a dimension. To specify workload, click Workloadin the Journals> Flexible Budgetingform.

Entering the real workload helps plan the costs more effectively for the next periods. You enter the workload manually for each dimension.

Manual entries are calculated in the Totalfield as a total of all entered values in single periods divided by 12 months.

It is also possible to automatically use quantities posted on service categories. You set up automatic use in Budget model> Dimension setup> Determination of load.

The workload is used to calculate Flexible plan costsand Target costs.
