1. Click > .

  2. Select the subscription attached to the subscription transaction for which you want to create a credit note.

  3. Click > .

  4. Select the transaction for which you want to create a credit note.

  5. Click > .

  6. Select the transaction that you want to credit and then click OK.

  7. Create a credit note. For more information about how to create credit notes, see Credit invoiced amounts.

NoteWhen you create the credit note, make sure that you select in the list in the dialog box.

If the field in the form is set to , you have to reverse each accrued revenue transaction individually before you create a credit note proposal for the transaction.
