1. Click > > .

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. In the field, enter a unique identifier for the project.

  4. Define the basic information for the project in the remaining fields, then click and select . You will be prompted to confirm your decision.

  5. Click to open the form.

  6. Enter information in the group to define the number of resources you want to create, and the appearance of their employee identifications.

  7. On the and tabs, enter the data you want to apply to each new employee hired in the project.

  8. After you have finished defining the common data, click OKto create the employees and open the form.

  9. Enter or edit the information as needed for each employee.

    To select and hire the people that were just set-up in the project, click .
