Click Inventory management< Periodic< Transfer orders .

Select the transfer order in the upper section that you want to shipment update.

Click Posting< Shipment.

Select a principle in the Updatelist. For example, if you want to shipment update reserved items, select Reserved quantity.

To edit the quantity in the transfer order lines select Edit lines.

To edit the inventory dimensions on the lines, select Explode lines. The editing is done on the Dimensionstab.

To print out shipping papers for the shipment, select Print transfer shipmentand choose a print option on the Generaltab.

Press OKto execute the shipment.
