A supervisor or manager can make a collective registration for multiple employees. For example, when a meeting occurs the manager can start all the meeting attendees on the same job without them needing to register individually.

Create a collective registration

  1. Click > > .

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. In the list, click your selection.

  4. Click .

  5. Select the employees.

  6. Click .

Stop a collective registration

When the employees return to their original jobs, you must stop the collective registration.

  1. Click > > .

  2. Click the specific collective registration.

  3. Click . The collective registration stops immediately.
