You can distribute questionnaires by using:

  • to distribute the questionnaire to an individual employee.

  • to distribute the questionnaire to multiple employees, or to multiple contact persons, applicants, and course participants.

Notify respondents of a planned answer session

If you use a planned answer session you must notify the person manually, for example, by telephone or by using your default e-mail application.

Notify respondents of a scheduling

In the form you can prepare and send an e-mail to all respondents assigned to the questionnaire. Depending on whether you want to send the e-mail to internal (employees) respondents or external (for example, applicants, contact persons, course participants) you can do one of the following:

  • For internal respondents only, enter the e-mail text on the tab. Respondents can then log on to the Web site and complete the questionnaire.

  • For external respondents only, enter the e-mail text on the tab. The e-mail contains a link to the public Web site where they can complete the questionnaire.

Use a public or private Web site

The form is also used to distribute a questionnaire on the Enterprise Portal. How you do this depends on whether you want to invite internal (employees) respondents only, or external (for example, applicants, contact persons, course participants) respondents only:

Note Note

You cannot distribute a questionnaire on the Enterprise Portal to both internal and external respondents at the same time. To do this you must create two separate schedulings.

  • Internal respondents can access the Enterprise Portal (private Web site) to complete the questionnaire by using their logon credentials.

  • External respondents must use the public Webs site you select. You can enable the public Web site on the tab by selecting the check box, and then selecting the public site you want to use in the list. When you do this, a link that opens the public Web site is included in the e-mail sent to notify the respondent of the scheduled questionnaire.
