You can create an output order automatically, or you can create an output order manually for an individual order line.

Create an output order automatically

Click Accounts receivable> Common Forms> Sales Order Details .
Create a sales order.

For more information, see Create a sales order.
Click Posting, and then select Picking list.
Select the quantity, and then click OK.

This will generate an output order automatically, if output orders are used for this warehouse.

Create an output order manually

Click Accounts receivable> Common Forms> Sales Order Details .
Click Inventory, and then select Output orders.
Select the quantity, and then click OK.

Use this function to process the specific line immediately.

Tip
To generate output orders automatically, in the Inventory model groups form, on the Setuptab, select the Output ordercheck box. You can select whether output orders are used according to inventory model group, not used, or always used for a warehouse in the Warehouses form.
