When you transfer a project budget to a ledger budget, the budget updates of the forecast transactions are transferred to a ledger budget transaction.

Transfer budgets to ledger

  1. Click > .

  2. Select the project containing the forecast transactions that you want transferred to the ledger.

  3. Click > .

  4. In the form, under the tab in the area, select a statement to transfer forecast transactions from.

  5. In the field, select a ledger budget model.

  6. Click to transfer the budget to ledger.

Tip Tip

Select the check box to overwrite any forecast transactions that have already been transferred to the selected ledger budget model.
