1. Click > > > .

  2. Create a new service interval.

  3. Enter the service interval ID and description.

  4. Select the range in the field.

  5. Enter the frequency in the field. The frequency is the factor by which you must multiply the range to obtain the service agreement interval.

  6. Press CTRL+S to save the service interval.

Example

Say that you want to create a service interval of 10 days.

Create a 10-day service interval

  1. Click > > > .

  2. Create a new service interval.

  3. Enter the service interval ID and description.

  4. In the field, select .

  5. In the field, type 10.

  6. Press CTRL+S to save the service interval.
