You can update alternative quotations the same way that you update normal quotations. For more information about how to update normal quotations, see Update a quotation.

The relation between linked quotations means that they can all be Sent, but if one of them is updated to Confirmed, the others are automatically updated to Lost. To enable this linking:

1. Select the linked quotation that you want to update to Confirmed, and then click OKto verify that the quotation is confirmed.

2. After you accept the infolog, use the Lose quotationform to select the reason why the other quotations were lost.
