Select the quotation update action that you want to perform:

Send quotation

Any quotation with the status of can be sent to the business relation for confirmation, either directly by using e-mail or by printing it out and physically sending it.

  1. Click > to open the form.

  2. In the tab, select the quotation that you want to send to the business relation.

  3. Click the button > to open the form.

  4. In the form, click the button to select whether you want the quotation sent to , , , or .

  5. Click to accept the update and change the quotation status to .

Confirm quotation

You can confirm any quotation with the status of . The quotation does not have to be sent before you confirm it.

  1. Click > to open the form.

  2. In the tab, select the quotation that has been accepted and confirmed by the business relation.

  3. Click the button > to open the form.

  4. In the form, select the check box if you want to print the quotation.

  5. Click to accept the update and change the quotation status to .

    The quotation will now be converted to a sales order. Use the sales order form for additional processing.

Lose quotation

You can update the status on all quotations to , if it is necessary.

  1. Click > to open the form.

  2. In the tab, select the quotation you want to register as lost.

  3. Click the button > to open the form.

  4. In the , select from the drop-down list the reason that the quotation was lost.

  5. Click to accept the update and change the quotation status to .

Cancel quotation

Any quotation with the status can be canceled.

  1. Click > to open the form.

  2. In the tab, select the quotation that you want to cancel.

  3. Click the button > to open the form.

  4. In the field, select the reason that the quotation was canceled from the drop-down list.

  5. Click to accept the update and change the quotation status to .
