Set up Automatic actionsfor features from which you frequently create the same actions, and thereby:

• Eliminate the need to repeatedly define each action.

• Activate an Actionsmenu button on the selected table, which you use to create the actions directly from the table.

In order to create automatic actions, you must first create Action typesand Action type templates, which you use to define the types and number of actions you can create.

Questionnaire

Set up the questionnaire Schedulingfor features with which you frequently use questionnaires, and thereby:

• Activate a Questionnairebutton in the selected dialog box so that you can schedule questionnaires directly.
