To ease the process of calculating employee registrations, supervisors can create absence registrations for specific employees before the absence.

Planned absences can be used to register illness, holidays, external courses, and other types of absences you are aware of before they actually occur.

You can create planned absence for a group of employees or for a single employee.

Create a planned absence for a group

  1. Click > > .

  2. Complete the , , , and text boxes.

  3. In the list, click your selection.

  4. If you want the absence registration to stop when the employee clocks in again, select the check box.

  5. If you want a planned absence record to be created for each day in the specified interval, select the check box.

  6. Click .

  7. Select employees by using the standard query form, and then click .

Create a planned absence for one employee

  1. Click > > .

  2. Select the specific employee and click .

  3. Press CTRL+N, or click Newon the toolbar to create a new line.

  4. Complete the , , , and text boxes.

  5. In the and lists, click your selections.

  6. If you want the absence registration to stop when the employee clocks in again, select the check box.
