The expense management workflow is defined based on an employee hierarchy and/or user groups. Workflow approvals can be created for expense report submission, approval, and return.   1. Create and save expense report document.

  2. Submit the expense report for approval.

  3. Approve expense report.

    2. Expense report is assigned to the Accounts payable coordinator for posting.
