The procedure for adjusting transactions of the types Item, Expense, Hour, Fee, and Subscriptionis identical for projects of the types Fixed-price, Time and material, Cost, Time, Internal, and Investment.

Before you invoice, you can adjust transactions to change the sales price or the line property from chargeable to nonchargeable or vice versa. You can also transfer a transaction from one project to another.

You can adjust only transactions that have the status of Posted. Adjust transactions on projects of the type:

• Time and material, until they are included in an invoice proposal.

• Fixed-priceand Investment, until they are included in an estimate.

• Cost, Time, and Internal. You can adjust posted transactions for these project types whenever you want to.
