You can create a process and process stages for campaigns, leads, and opportunities.

Define a campaign, lead, or sales process

Click > > > or > > > or > > > , as appropriate.

  1. Click CTRL+N to create a new process.

  2. Enter the name of the process and a brief description.

    The process will automatically be marked as active when you create it. If the new campaign process should be inactive, clear the check box.

  3. Enter the responsibilities and descriptions for the new process on the tab.
