Use the form under > > > to schedule and manage employee interviews. Appraisal interviews are often used to gather useful information for employee goals because they offer an effective means of determining, communicating, and planning how an employee will evolve professionally or personally over the course of their employment.
If you set a goal as a result of an appraisal interview, you can select the goal on the tab on the form.

You can create interviews one at a time, or click to schedule interviews for a group of employees.
Copy an interview to Microsoft Outlook
After you have created your interview, you can click to schedule the interview in the participant's calendar.
If the interview is declined or canceled, you must manually delete or reschedule the interview directly in Outlook.
