When you create journals for the first time, the start date is automatically set according to the date in the field on the tab of the form. Otherwise, the start date is dependant on the end date for the previous period.

  1. To select the employee for whom you want to create absence journals, click .

  2. Enter an end date for the period for which that you want to create absence journals. To limit the frequency with which you create journals, you can select a date that is, for example, six months away.
