To be able to set goals for employees, you must set up one or more goal headings in order to categorize goals. For example, if you set yearly goals, the goal heading might be the year in which the person is to achieve the goals.

To set up a goal heading

  1. Click > > > > .

  2. In the field, enter a unique identifier for the heading.

  3. In the field, enter a description that will help to assign a goal to an appropriate heading.

  4. To allow employees and managers to assign goals to the heading, select the check box.
