If you do not assign a telemarketing call list target to an employee, a telemarketing call list target activity is not created.

If you assign an employee at a later date, a new telemarketing call list target activity is created. This new target activity uses the parameters for automatic creation of telemarketing activities.

• Delete telemarketing call list target - If you delete a telemarketing call list target, the attached activity is also deleted.

• Change planned date - If you change the planned date, the start date of the telemarketing call list target activity is updated.

  • If you delete the planned date, and if a telemarketing call list target activity exists, you are prompted to decide whether you want to delete the activity.

  • If you enter a new planned date after you delete the previous planned date and telemarketing call list target activity, a new target activity is created. This new target activity uses the parameters for automatic creation of telemarketing activities.

  • If you enter a new planned date, and if you deleted the previous planned date but not the telemarketing call list target activity, the original activity is updated. The original activity now uses the parameters for automatic creation of telemarketing activities.

• Modify telemarketing call list responsible - If you change the telemarketing call list responsible employee, the telemarketing call list target activity is updated with the new employee.

  • If the telemarketing call list target activity has previously been synchronized with Microsoft Office Outlook, the target activity is deleted and the synchronization log is set to delete the old target activity upon the next synchronization with Microsoft Office Outlook. A new target activity is created for the current employee assigned.

  • If you remove the employee, the target activity is deleted.

  • If you enter a new employee after having deleted the employee, a new target activity is created. The new target activity uses the parameters for automatic creation of telemarketing activities.

If you set the call list target to Closedor Canceled, the telemarketing call-back activity is closed. If you reopen the call list at a later date, and if the call-back activity still exists, the activity is reopened.

If you create a telemarketing call list without assigning a responsible employee, a telemarketing follow-up activity is not created, regardless of the value in the create activity for follow-up field.

If you add a responsible employee to the telemarketing call list at a later date, the value in the Create activity for follow-upfield takes effect; either an activity is created and a message confirms this, or one is not created.

• Delete telemarketing call list - If you delete the telemarketing call list, the telemarketing call list follow-up activity is also automatically deleted.

• Change end date - If you change the end date of the telemarketing call list, the date of the telemarketing call list target activities is not changed.

• Modify the telemarketing call list responsible - If you change the telemarketing call list responsible to another employee, the telemarketing call list follow-up activity also changes to reflect the new campaign responsible.

• If the telemarketing call list follow-up activity has previously been synchronized with Microsoft Office Outlook, the activity is deleted and the synchronization log is set to delete the old activity upon the next synchronization with Microsoft Office Outlook. A new follow-up activity is created for the newly assigned employee.

• If you delete the employee who is the telemarketing call list responsible, the follow-up activity is deleted.

Changes you make to the telemarketing call list activity data have no effect on the telemarketing call list target upon which it is based.
