Flex profile with no fixed clock-in time
If some employees have no fixed clock-in time, you can set up a profile like this one. In this example, employees are expected to work 7.5 hours a day. But they can decide themselves when they will work those hours.
They will generate flexible hours, for a maximum of 2 per day, when they work over 7.5 hours. Time beyond that will be converted into overtime.

Based on this example profile:
-
If an employee works between 7.5 and 9.5 hours, that employee will receive 7.5 hours of standard time and the remainder as flex+ time.
-
If an employee works more than 9.5 hours, that employee will receive 7.5 hours of standard time, 2 hours of flex+ time, and the remainder as overtime.
-
Breaks are registered by the employee.
-
The reason for having a second line with from 23:00 to 22:00 (the next day) is to be able to work through the night on the same profile date.
-
If the employee works less than 7.5 hours absence has to be registered. But this can be done automatically.
