You can set the time zone for each user. If you do not specify a different time zone, the preferred time zone is set according to the Windows locale of the local computer. Any user can set a preferred time zone.

If the preferred time zone does not match the Windows locale, every time that a Microsoft Dynamics AX client is started, the user will be notified that the time zones do not match. |
Set a user's
preferred time zone

Click > .
The form opens.

Select the user you want to set the preferred time zone for, and then click .
The form opens.

On the tab, select the preferred time zone for the user, and then close the form.

Repeat Steps 2 and 3 as needed for other users.
