Quick links Web parts on Role Centers display links that are relevant for users in a specific role. The links provide access to frequently used forms, reports, list pages, and Web pages.

You can import and export quick links for backup purposes, when sharing a set of links with other AOS servers that are not connected to a shared or shadowed database, or when deploying development changes using the AOT.

1. Click Basic> Setup> Role Center> Edit Quick Links.

2. Select a profile to import or export quick links for.

3. Click Importor Exportand click the AOT or file option.

   • If you are importing or exporting links for a profile on the same computer, select the AOT option.

   • If you are importing or exporting links for a profile on another computer, select the file option.

4. Close the form.
