Use this form to create the necessary flex groups containing parameters for flexible hours for large groups of employees. A flex group can contain limits for the value of a flex balance and how adjustments should reflect the pay.

It is possible to enable flex balances to be automatically adjusted. When a flex balance is automatically adjusted whenever payroll data is transferred, the flex balance of the employee is adjusted to the maximum or minimum level.

Minimum value of the employees' flex balances (stated with a minus in front).

Maximum value of the employees' flex balances.

Select if the flex balance is adjusted automatically when above maximum.

Standard pay type for pay adjustments when above maximum.

Quantity of pay units for every hour adjusted.

Select if the flex balance is calculated on the basis of pay types.
