Use this form to view the journal registrations. The journal registrations are the registrations that may have been edited during calculation or approval, but they have not yet been transferred.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Filters

Filter	Description
Employee number	Select which employee to show transactions for.
Profile date	Select which profile date to show transactions for.

Tabs

Tab	Description
Overview tab	Use the Overviewtab to get an overview of journal registrations.
General tab	Use the Generaltab to get information about journal registrations of one specific employee.
Error	Select the Errortab to get information about transaction errors.
Dimension	Select the Dimensiontab to get information about financial dimensions for this transaction.

Error causes	See the error causes for all scrapped items on this production job.

Fields

Field	Description
Employee number	The employee's identification number.
Profile date	The date of the relevant profile.
Module	Visual identification of the referring module.
Job type	Visual identification of whether the job is a single job or part of a bundle.
Journal registration type	Description of the registration type of the journal record.
Reference	The job reference type identification.
Job identification	The unique job identification.
Start date	The start date of the job.
Description	Description of the job.
Start time	The start time of the job.
End date	The stop date of the job.
End time	The stop time of the job.
Time	Shows the calculated time of the job (after calculation).
Error	Checked if the registration contains errors.
Item number	Item number.
Item name	Item name.
Total good quantity	Total quantity of good items that are reported on this process.
Total error quantity	Total quantity of scrap items that are reported on this process.
Good quantity	The quantity of good items that are registered on this production job.
Error quantity	The quantity of scrap items that are registered on this production job.
Job pilot	Employee number of the pilot if the registration is inherited while working as assistant.
Project	Identification of the project.
Name	Project name.
Activity	Identification of the project activity.
Description	Description of the activity.
Category	Category that is applied on a job referring to the project module.
Category name	Name of the applied cost category.
Category	Identification of the indirect activity category.
Description	Description of the indirect activity category.
Activity	Identification of the indirect activity.
Description	Description of the indirect activity.
Module	Indication of the referring module for example project or production.
Allocation type	Allocation key that is applied to the registration.
Reg. type	Specification of the registration type.
Reg. specification	A detailed specification of the registration type.
Work in process	Checked if the employee is still working on this job.
Route/job type	Job type for the production job.
Oper. No.	The number indicating the operation number of the route.
On call activity	Identification of an on-call indirect activity.
Corrected start date	The corrected start date according to the profile tolerance. For more information, see About profiles.
Corrected start time	The corrected start time according to the profile tolerance. For more information, see About profiles.
Corrected end date	The corrected end date according to the profile tolerance. For more information, see About profiles.
Corrected end time	The corrected end time according to the profile tolerance. For more information, see About profiles.
Job is finished	If this field is selected, the job has been registered as finished.
Error cause	The cause for the reported scrap quantity.
Hourly rate / Piecework rate	Pay type on jobs that delimit this item.
Pay units	Break time.
Pay units	The number of pay units for this specific absence registration. Used when the pay type is not counted in hours.
Transaction ID	Transaction ID.
Quantity of started items	The number of started items that are updated on this production.
Quantity of good items	The number of items that are reported as finished and updated on this production.
Quantity of error items	The number of scrap items that are updated on this production.
Work center	Identification of the work center.
Absence job	Job identification for an absence registration.
Operation/Activity	Description of the operation/activity.
Reference type	Description of the job type.
Quantity of started items	Started quantity on this registration.
Start reference	Reference to record ID on start registration.
Stop reference	Reference to record ID on stop registration.
Start registration terminal	Terminal where start registration was made.
Stop registration terminal	Terminal where stop registration was made.
Log text	Description of the error if an error has been detected on this registration.
Department	Selected department number.
Cost center	Selected cost center.
Purpose	Selected purpose.
