Use this form to create journal lines and related statistics for the following:

  • Items and item dimensions for which an inventory issue transaction exists during the period that you specify.

  • Items and item dimensions that may not have an inventory issue transaction scheduled for the period you specify, but do have an existing item coverage record.

The journal number as it appears in the journal table.

Select a starting date and an ending date to define the time period in which to analyze historical inventory issue transactions for the items and item dimensions.

By default, the is set to the first day of the month and the is set to the last day of the month, so that statistics are made for whole month periods.

Select this check box if you want the system to calculate the historical standard deviation for inventory issue transactions.

Note Note

There must be at least three months between the and to make this calculation.

Click to filter criteria for selecting the items for which you want to create journal lines. The criteria that you select appear in the dimmed fields in the field group.
