Use this form to create, edit, or view operations that are associated with correcting an approved nonconformance. After creating a related operation, you can define the items, miscellaneous charges, and time sheet hours that are required to perform the operation.

Select or view the operation to be performed for correcting the selected nonconformance.

Enter or view the reason for the operation.

Select a sales order when the operation has a type of sales order. The field can be blank.

Select a purchase order when the operation has a type of purchase order. The field can be blank.

Display the calculated costs for the operation. The calculated costs reflect the operation items, quality miscellaneous charges, and time sheet hours that were entered for the operation.
