Use this form to edit the payment proposal that you created in the form.

Payment proposal lines that meet your criteria appear in the lower pane. When you select a payment proposal line, you can view the open invoice transactions that contribute to the payment proposal line in the upper pane.

When you have inspected all the lines that are proposed, click to transfer the proposal lines to the payment journal.

You can continue to edit the lines in the payment journal, if necessary. You can also mark several of the transferred payment lines and click > for further editing in the form. In this case, the check box is displayed. Select the check box to automatically recalculate payment line information as you make changes to the open transactions in the upper pane. If the check box is cleared, any changes made to the open transactions will not affect the payment proposal lines.
