Overview tab

Create, view, edit, or delete users.

Add a user to one of the listed user groups. Every user must be a member of at least one group.

Define a user profile to be applied for all companies or specific user profiles for use in various companies.

Set up individual options for the selected user.

Set up and review employees, vendors, and customers as Web users so that they can access an Enterprise Portal Web site.

View permissions for the selected user.

View the selected user's logon history and user information.

View a report of the selected user's time that was spent working in Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Open the to import the selected user's information from the Active Directory service.

Description

The user's name as it appears in Active Directory. (required)

The Active Directory domain that the user is associated with. (required)

Name or identification for the user in Microsoft Dynamics AX. (required)

Optional name.

A company account that a user can access. (required)

Select to allow user access to Microsoft Dynamics AX. This is required if the selected user should have access to Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Do not select. This option is automatically selected when a user is designated as a Web user.
