Use this form to analyze results of completed questionnaires.

Before running the query, select all desired grouping criteria on the tab.

Note Note

When grouping results using the options in the field group on the tab, be sure to do so at the same level on which you are calculating. The order of levels, from highest to lowest, is , , , and .

The options in the field group determine whether you view only the identification of the or , or the actual text associated with each. The availability of the boxes depends on the selection you make in the field.

The options in the group only affect query results if you have selected either age or seniority as a query parameter on the tab.

Enter a unique identifier for the questionnaire statistics.

Select the questionnaire for which you want to calculate statistics.

Enter a description for the statistics.

Select the result group for which you want to calculate statistics:

  • Select a result group only if you entered , , or in the field.

If you do not make a selection, calculations are made for all groups.

Select the question for which to calculate statistics.

  • Select a question only if you selected or in the field.

Specify whether to include employees in the statistics.

Specify whether to include contact persons in the statistics.

Specify whether to include applicants in the statistics.

Specify the size of seniority intervals.

Define the size of the age intervals. This can be used when calculating statistics for:

  • .

Select the level from which the result is taken.

Select the level where you want to group results.

Select the type of result.

You can only calculate the percentage of correct answers if you selected or in the field.

To display the result group text or identification along with the results, select one of the following values:
