Overview tab

Enter or view basic information about the statistics, including the identifier, description, and the questionnaire.

General tab

Select or view settings that define how to calculate and display the statistics.

Range

Select or view settings that refine the subject of the statistics.

For example, by selecting a postal (Zip) code, you can analyze results for all respondents within that geographic area.

Grouping by

Select or view grouping criteria.

Execute

Run the query.

Result

Choose the method in which you want to view the results from the following formats:

• Result(table)

• Print(either to screen or to printer)

• Graphics(Microsoft Dynamics AX function)

• Pivot table(Excel function)

• Pivot graph(Excel function)

Answers

Display which person has completed a questionnaire, and their results.

Statistics

Enter a unique identifier for the questionnaire statistics.

Questionnaire

Select the questionnaire for which you want to calculate statistics.

Description

Enter a description for the statistics.

Result group

Select the result group for which you want to calculate statistics:

• Select a result group only if you entered Result group, Question, or Question rowin the Result groupfield.

If you do not make a selection, calculations are made for all groups.

Question

Select the question for which to calculate statistics.

• Select a question only if you selected Questionsor Question rowin the Result groupfield.

Employee

Specify whether to include employees in the statistics.

Contacts

Specify whether to include contact persons in the statistics.

Applicants

Specify whether to include applicants in the statistics.

Seniority

Specify the size of seniority intervals.

Age

Define the size of the age intervals. This can be used when calculating statistics for:

• Age

• Gender

• Seniority.

Calculation

Select the level from which the result is taken.

Groupings

Select the level where you want to group results.

Origin

Select the type of result.

You can only calculate the percentage of correct answers if you selected Questionnaireor Result groupin the Calculationfield.

Result group

To display the result group text or identification along with the results, select one of the following values:

• Result group text

• Result group

This selection is mandatory if the value of the Groupingsfield is Result group.

Questions

To display the question or its ID along with the results, select one of the following values:

• Question text

• Question ID

This selection is mandatory if the value in the Groupingsfield is Question.

Question row

To display the question row text or ID along with the results, select one of the following values:

• Question row text

• Question row ID

This selection is mandatory if the value in the Groupingsfield is Question row.

Grouping placement

Specify whether the variables you select on the Grouping bytab should be shown in the Pivot tableas columns or rows when you view results.

Graphics setup

Select the type of graph to use when viewing results.

Minimum value

Enter a number to define the minimum value for the graph, (0=auto).

Maximum value

Enter a number to define the maximum value for the graph.

Person

Select criteria to define the range of subjects included in the statistics.

Gender

Select criteria to define the range of subjects included in the statistics.

Seniority

Select criteria to define the range of subjects included in the statistics.

Age

Select criteria to define the range of subjects included in the statistics.

ZIP/postal Code

Select criteria to define the range of subjects included in the statistics.

Scheduling

Select criteria to define the range of subjects included in the statistics.

From date

Enter a beginning date to delimit the questionnaires included in the statistics.

To date

Enter an end date to delimit the questionnaires included in the statistics.
