Use this form to classify job types. You can use job types together with job functions to filter compensation plans to specific jobs.
You associate job types and job functions with compensation plans by setting up eligibility rules in the form. You also can attach a set of levels to the compensation plan that apply to the specific job type/job function combination that you have defined through an eligibility rule. These features apply to both fixed and variable compensation plans.
