This window shows the different employees registration items which are the jobs on which the employees have worked. The registration items are booked.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Filters

Filter	Description
Employee number	Select which employee to show transactions for.
Profile date	Select which profile date to show transactions for.

Tabs

Tab	Description
Overview tab	View transferred registrations.
General tab	View information about one specific transferred registration.
Overview tab	View cost prices.
General tab	View information about dimensions.

Fields

Field	Description
Employee number	The employee's identification number.
Profile date	Date of the profile.
Module	Visual representation (icon) of the referring module.
Job type	Visual representation (icon) of whether the job is a single job or part of a bundle.
Journal registration type	Description of the registration type of the journal record.
Reference	Job reference type identification.
Job identification	Unique job identification.
Start date	Start date of the job.
Start time	Start time of the absence. This field can be edited.
End date	Stop date of the job.
End time	Stop time of the absence.
Description	Description of the job.
Time	Displays the calculated time of the job (after calculation).
Error	If selected, the registration contains errors.
Item number	Item number.
Item name	Item name.
Total good quantity	Total quantity of good items reported on this process.
Total error quantity	Total quantity of scrap items reported on this process.
Good quantity	Quantity of good items registered on this production job.
Error quantity	Quantity of scrap items registered on this production job.
Job pilot	Employee number of the pilot if the registration is inherited while working as assistant.
Project	Identification of the project.
Name	Project name.
Activity	Identification of the project activity.
Description	Description of the activity.
Category name	Name of the applied cost category.
Category	Identification of the indirect activity category.
Description	Description of the indirect activity category.
Activity	Identification of the indirect activity.
Description	Description of the indirect activity.
Category	Category applied on a job referring to the project module.
Module	Indication of the referring module for example Project or Production.
Allocation type	Allocation key applied to the registration.
Reg. type	Specification of the registration type.
Reg. specification	Detailed specification of the registration type.
Route/job type	Job type for the production job.
Oper. No.	Number that indicates the operation number of the route.
On call activity	Identification of an on-call indirect activity.
Corrected start date	Corrected start date according to the profile tolerance. For information about profiles, see About profiles.
Corrected start time	Corrected start time according to the profile tolerance. For information about profiles, see About profiles.
Corrected end date	Corrected end date according to the profile tolerance. For information about profiles, see About profiles.
Corrected end time	Corrected end time according to the profile tolerance. For information about profiles, see About profiles.
Job is finished	If selected, the job has been registered as finished.
Error cause	Cause for the reported scrap quantity.
Hourly rate / Piecework rate	Pay type on jobs that delimit this item.
Pay units	Number of pay units for this specific absence registration. Used when the pay type is not counted in hours.
Transaction ID	Transaction identification (ID).
Pay units	Number of pay units applied if the pay type is not counted in hours.
Quantity of started items	Number of started items updated on this production.
Quantity of good items	Number of items reported as finished updated on this production.
Quantity of error items	Number of scrap items updated on this production.
Work center	Identification of the work center.
Absence job	Job identification for an absence registration
Operation/Activity	Description of the operation or activity.
Job type	Description of the job type.
Quantity of started items	Started quantity on this registration.
Start reference	Reference to record ID on the start registration.
Stop reference	Reference to record ID on the stop registration.
Transaction ID seconds	Total net time in seconds on this registration (after applying the allocation key.
Seconds before allocation	Total time in seconds registered on this job (before applying the allocation key).
Error specification	Specification of the causes of errors.
Start registration terminal	Terminal where the start registration was made.
Stop registration terminal	Terminal where the stop registration was made.
Cost price per hour	Cost per hour for this registration.
Standard time	The share of the cost price per hour that is consists of standard time.
Overtime	The share of the cost price per hour that is consists of overtime.
Break time	The share of the cost price per hour that is consists of paid breaks.
Flex-	The share of the cost price per hour that is consists of paid flex-reducing time.
Flex+	The share of the cost price per hour that is consists of flex-adding time.
Automatic premiums	The share of the cost price per hour that is consists of premiums.
Manual premiums	The share of the cost price per hour that is consists of manual premiums.
Absence	The share of the cost price per hour that is consists of paid absence.
Cost price factor	The factor by which the pay costs have been multiplied.

Piecework rate	Pay rate if piecework has been applied.
Department	Selected department number.
Cost center	Selected cost center.
