If there are discount agreements in effect for the line discount group and a corresponding line discount for the item, a line discount retrieved from the table is shown. For additional details, see the field in the Customers (form).
If a total discount group is associated with the customer, it is transferred automatically when you create the sales order. If there are total discount agreements in effect for the total discount group, a total discount retrieved from the table is calculated. However, you must click in the Sales orders (form)and use the field on the tab in the Item (form). For more information, see the field in Customers (form).
