Use this form to set up the layout of promissory notes for the
bank account that you selected in the
form. You must set up the promissory note number format before
you create and print the first promissory note for the bank
account.
Select the bank and company information that will appear on the
promissory notes.
Enter information about the printing of signatures and the
amount limits for signatures.

Dynamics AX will automatically propose promissory note numbers when
you use promissory notes for payment.
Select the promissory note form type to be printed. For example,

promissory note format required for Mexico.
The length of the promissory note. This includes the slip.
Select the unit for specification of size or position.
The position at which the actual promissory note is printed.
This is calculated from the top of the form to the position at
which the promissory note starts.
Select the unit for specification of size or position.
The number of slip copies on the promissory note, printed on the
same form.
Enter the text to be printed in front of the amount on the
promissory note.
Example
Enter USD in this field to print USD 1,000.00 on the promissory
note.
Select the ruler unit of the report:
- Do not show a
ruler on test prints.
- Show the ruler in
centimeters.
- Show the ruler
in inches.
Indicate whether the bank account number should be printed on
the promissory note. Define the bank account number in the
field in the
form.
Indicate whether the bank's name should be printed on the
promissory note. Define the bank's name in the
in the
form.
Select this check box to print the city in which the bank is
located.
Indicate whether the bank's registration number should be
printed on the promissory note. Define the bank's registration
number in the
field in the
form.
Indicate whether the company name should be printed on the
promissory note. Define the company name in the
field in the
form.
Indicate whether the company logo should be printed on the
promissory note. The company logo is retrieved from the bitmap file
specified when you click
.
Select this check box to print the transaction date.
Select this check box to print the due date for the promissory
note.
Select the paper format for the current report. This field is
available only if you selected
in the
field on the
tab.
Select this check box to use a predefined format for promissory
notes. This field is available only if you selected
in the
field on the
tab.
Indicate whether a signature should be printed on the promissory
note. The signature is retrieved from the bitmap file specified
when you click
.
Enter the highest amount that the signature can be stamped
for.
