Description

View details about the compensation updates created by the current event.

Recalculates guideline increases and awards for an employee. You can recalculate guidelines to reset all manual updates in the form. Also, if you have changed a precondition, for example, the fixed increase budget for an organization after employees have been enrolled in a compensation plan, you can recalculate the recommendation to include the update.

Transfer the compensation updates to the employee records.

The status of the employee event:

  • Created– Initial status when the event is created.

  • Ignore– Select this status if the event is to be ignored in the future.

  • Approved– Select this status to approve the event. The employee event must be approved to be loaded to the employee records.

  • Loaded– Indicates that the event is loaded.

The employee that the event is created for. The compensation plans that employees are enrolled in determine what employee recommendation records are created.

The organization unit of the employee.

Indicates how many times the employee event has been recalculated.

The process event that created the event.

The event that generated the employee event.

Created date and time

The date and time when the event was created.

Created by

The user who created the event.

The most recent hire date of the current employee.

The percentage of the compensation cycle that applies to the calculation of a merit increase or variable award.

If the option on either a fixed or variable compensation plan is set to the compensation calculation is based on the specific period of employment, contrary to the full compensation cycle.

Adjust the hire percentage, as appropriate, for the current employee.
