Recalculates guideline increases and awards for an employee. You can recalculate guidelines to reset all manual updates in the form. Also, if you have changed a precondition, for example, the fixed increase budget for an organization after employees have been enrolled in a compensation plan, you can recalculate the recommendation to include the update. |
