Use this form to view the status of outgoing e-mail messages. By default the list shows e-mail messages that have not yet been sent. However, you can also view e-mail messages that were sent successfully.

From this form you can also display the e-mail message and restart the if Microsoft Dynamics AX did not send the e-mail.

If the system has failed to send the selected e-mail message according to the , you can click the button to restart the .

Example

You set up the retry schedule to send the e-mail message after 1 minute, 1 hour, and 5 hours. None of the three attempts were successful. Therefore, the system has stopped trying. When you click , the system will start again and try to send the e-mail message after 1 minute, 1 hour, and 5 hours.

Display the e-mail message body, sender, recipients, and subject of the e-mail.

The date and time that the e-mail was created.

The date that the e-mail sending status changed.

The time that the e-mail sending status changed.

The current status of the e-mail message:

The status is followed by a number "n" in parentheses, such as 1. This number indicates the number of unsuccessful attempts to send the e-mail message, according to the retry schedule. The number cannot be more than the number of retry entries in the form.

The description of the e-mail message, such as the e-mail description specified in the Alertstemplate.

The ID of the user who sent the e-mail message.

The e-mail address of the recipient.
