Use this form to change the date for the current client session. Changing the client session date affects the following areas of Microsoft Dynamics AX:

  • The posting date in all modules

  • The invoice date and associated due date

  • The statistics period in which the current transaction is updated

Note Note

If you change the date for the client session to make temporary changes, remember to reset the date afterwards.

System fields in the database (for example, CreatedDateTime and ModifiedDateTime) use the computer date, not the Microsoft Dynamics AX system date.
