Use this form to define a conditional question hierarchy. You can make the order in which questions are presented dependent on the answers selected by a respondent for each question by using conditional questions.
For example, if a respondent selects Answer A for Question 1, then Question 2 might be next in the question sequence. If the respondent selects Answer B for Question 1, then Question 5 could be next.

Defining a hierarchy is done in the tree by dragging secondary questions to primary questions. When you do so, for the secondary question you select the answer that triggers the question.
