Use this form to define a conditional question hierarchy. You can make the order in which questions are presented dependent on the answers selected by a respondent for each question by using conditional questions.

For example, if a respondent selects Answer A for Question 1, then Question 2 might be next in the question sequence. If the respondent selects Answer B for Question 1, then Question 5 could be next.

Setting up a conditional structure requires:

  • That you have questions already associated with the questionnaire.

  • On the tab of the form, the questionnaire must be set to .

Defining a hierarchy is done in the tree by dragging secondary questions to primary questions. When you do so, for the secondary question you select the answer that triggers the question.
