Use this form to add links to the quick links Web parts on Role Centers. You can add links to forms, reports, list pages, and Web pages.

Open the form

  1. Click Homeon the Navigation Pane to display your Role Center.

  2. In a quick links Web part, click Add Links.

Desktop Link

Select this option to link to a form, report, or list page, and then select the form, report, or list page from the list.

Enterprise Portal link

Select this option to link to an Enterprise Portal page, and then select the page from the list.

Note Note

Links to Enterprise Portal pages are relative, meaning that they will open the page on the first Enterprise Portal site that is set up for the current company. To link to the page on a specific Enterprise Portal site, select URL, and then enter the URL for that page.


Display Enterprise Portal links in the client

Select this check box to display links to Enterprise Portal pages on Role Centers in the client. If this check box is not selected, these links will be hidden.

URL

Select this option to create a link to a Web site or page, and then enter the URL.

Title

Enter the title of the link as it will be displayed in the quick links Web part.
