Up

Use this function to move a line up.

Note
The priority for execution of the distribution can change the result.

Down

Use this function to move a line down.

Note
The priority for execution of the distribution can change the result.

Load dimensions

Use this query to copy dimensions to the grid.

Distribution level

Enter or view the distribution level. You can select from the following:

• Cost category

• Cost line

Distribution structure

Enter or view the distribution structure.

Note
You can only enter a value when the distribution level is Cost line

Distribution reference

Enter or view a distribution reference.

Dimension

Select or view a dimension.

Number

Enter or view the number.

Description

View the description.

Locked

Select the check box to lock the distribution for the calculation.

Priority

See the priority.

Note
The priority can be changed with the Upand Downbuttons. The order of the calculations can change the result of the distribution.

Calculate fixed costs

Select the check box if you want to distribute the fixed costs.

Note
At least one of the fields Calculate fixed costsor Calculate variable costshas to be enabled. Otherwise, there is no distribution of costs.

Calculate variable costs

Select the check box if you want to distribute the variable costs.

Note
At least one of the fields Calculate fixed costsor Calculate variable costshas to be enabled. Otherwise, there is no distribution of costs.

Department

Select or view the dimension type that will be charged with costs.

Cost center

Select or view the dimension type that will be charged with costs.

Purpose

Select or view the dimension type that will be charged with costs.

Method of calculation

Select or view one of the following:

• Fixed percentage

• Cost category

• Service category

• Cost line

• Reference table

• Reference specification.

• Fixed amount

Calculation value type

Select or view one of the following calculation value types:

• Primary costs

• Secondary costs

• Total costs

Offset transaction structure

Select or view a distribution structure.

Note
This field is only active, when the value of the field Calculation valueis like Measurement journal names.

Offset transaction reference

Select or view a calculation value. The field name changes according to the method of calculation you have selected.

Note
This field is only active, when the value of the field Calculation valueis Line valueor Cost category value.

Posting type

If the method of calculation is Cost line, you can select one of the following posting types:

• Debit

• Credit

Reference to fixed costs

Select the check box when referencing one of the following methods of calculation:

• Cost category

• Service category

• Cost line

Note
Select at least one of the check boxes: Reference to fixed costsor Reference to variable costs.

Reference to variable costs

Select the check box when referencing one of the following methods of calculation:

• Cost category

• Service category

• Cost line

Select the Measurement journalcheck box.

Note

Unit

Enter or view the unit if you selected Reference specificationin the Method of calculationfield.

Reference quantity

Enter or view the reference quantity when referencing the method of calculation Reference specification.

Dimensions

Select or view one of the defined dimensions.

Total allocation

View the total allocation.

Reference quantity

View the total reference quantity.

Difference

See the difference between the fields Reference quantityand Total allocation.

Note
If the result is not zero, an Infolog message will warn you.

Number

Enter or view the dimension value number.

Description

View the description of the dimension value.

Reference quantity

Enter or view the reference quantity per dimension value when the method of calculation is:

• Fixed percentage

• Reference specification

• Fixed amount
