Use this form to set up:

  • Which modeling variables will influence the item graphic representation.

  • Which image will be used as default.

  • Which folder will contain all drawings for the current product.

  • How file names for searching the appropriate graphic files will be generated.

You can also set up intervals for the variable to decrease the number of drawings you have to create.

Specify the path and file name of the default graphic file. This graphic will be displayed before the user enters any values for modeling variables that influence the item graphic representation in the user dialog box, and if the file that corresponds to user choices is not found.

Specify the full path to a folder where graphics for the current product model are saved. Drawings for all the variable combinations must be created and saved in this folder. When the user changes values for variables selected in this form, the appropriate drawings from the specified folder are displayed on the tab in the user dialog box.

Note Note

When you create files for product model graphics, note that file names for different combinations must consist of variable values represented by the drawing in the appropriate order. For more information about file names, refer to help in the field.

Specify the format of the graphics file name, which will be generated on the basis of values entered in the user dialog. It must consist of all the variables selected in this form. Refer to variables using %1, %2, and so on. During the file name generation, percent signs with numbers will be replaced by the values selected in the user dialog box and the appropriate file from the folder set up in the field will be used.

Select the variable influencing the graphic representation of the configured item.

If the variable selected in the field belongs to the array group, type its index here.

Specify the maximum length of the variable value in the file name.
