This form allows you to enter on-account transactions on projects. The information entered in this window differs, depending on the project type.

On-account transactions on time and material and fixed-price projects

  • On time and material projects- The on-account amount is entered as one line and an optional number of lines are entered as offset transactions.

  • On fixed-price projects- No offset transactions are needed. Payments on a fixed-price project are according to a payment plan. For example, the contract might specify that a project is to be invoiced with 30% of the contract amount in advance and 70% at the final delivery date of the project. These contract amounts are entered as two lines in this form.

Filtering records

Select either , or .

  • - View the sales prices of the on-account transactions.

  • - View what is posted to in the local currency. The field shows the invoiced revenue posted to accounts.

  • - View the sales amount. This is the quantity of on-account transactions multiplied by the sales price per on-account transaction.

Different records are displayed according to the filter setting you select:

  • - View all records.

  • - Shows all transactions with the transaction status , , and .

  • - View all non-invoiced transactions for projects of type with a chargeable line property and with a transaction status of either or .

  • - View all transactions that are posted to projects that are not of the type . For projects, transactions are only displayed if they have the transaction status and a non-chargeable line property.
