View a graphical representation for the stage structure. Expand and collapse the structure by using the '+' and '-' signs.

Description

The current stage, or phase, of the service order according to the time requirements specified in the SLA.

Enable the deletion of the service order or service order lines at this stage.

Enable the modification of the service order or service order line at this stage.

Enable the cancellation of the service order or service order lines at this stage.

Enable the posting of the service order line transactions.

Select this parameter if a reason code must be specified before you continue with the next stage.

Select the identification of the previous stage for the service order. If you do not specify a previous stage, this line will represent the initial, or first stage in the sequence. All stages except the one that is to begin the sequence must be assigned to a parent stage.

Stop the time recording against a service level agreement when a service order is moved to this stage.
