Use this form to display all inbound and outbound phone calls that have been detected by the system when using Computer Telephony Integration (CTI).

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Overview tab

Overview of the logged phone calls. Information includes:

  • Date, time, and duration of the call.

  • Telephone number called.

  • Person called.

  • Type of call.

  • Employee who placed or received the call.

General tab

Details of the active logged phone call, including the activity ID attached to the phone call.

Open the form to view the activity the logged phone call is connected to.

Fields

Field

Description

Unique field used to identify the phone call for later reference. The Phone call ID is usually automatically generated by the system, using the phone call identification number sequence.

Employee who initiated the call.

Registered telephone number which is called.

Type of call (outbound or inbound)

Date of call.

Time the call started.

Time the call ended.

Duration of the logged phone call.

Identification number of the contact person of the business relation.

The sales unit (team of salesmen) responsible for a common sales target.

Activity number of the activity associated with the logged phone call.

Short description of the call.

Long description of the call.
