Use this form to create skills that can be associated with an employee, applicant, or contact person, or used to describe a job. You can create specific professional skills, as well as less tangible skills, such as leadership. For example, skills can be:

  • Supervisory - Ability to supervise the work of others.

  • Leadership - Ability to lead employees and business domains.

  • Visionary - Ability to look ahead, to formulate visions, and to see them through.

  • ODA - Ability to make object-oriented analyses and design.

  • MorphX - Ability to program in the Microsoft Dynamics AX Axapta MorphX development environment.

When you create skills, you must specify the skill types in order to divide skills into categories.
