Use this form to change inventory dimensions to open transactions or to any transaction that is not owned or linked to another inventory reference. You can correct errors in inventory dimensions, for example, if items were sold with incorrect batch or serial numbers, or the wrong warehouse was used for issuing items.

Select the criteria for the receipts and issues to show on the tab. Select the field to show only the receipts or issues that aren't cost-settled or linked to issues or receipts.

Identification of dimensions for the item.

The total quantity of the item that was physically reserved for the inventory dimension.

The field appears when you total all issue transactions with the status . Items that are physically reserved can always be picked and delivered from inventory.

An item is physically reserved if it is marked against a sales order, production, or a project. The item is in inventory, but it is marked to indicate that it is reserved.

The updated physical quantity available.

The total quantity that was ordered for purchases or productions in the current inventory dimension. A field value appears when you total all receipt transactions with the status .

The total quantity of the item that is reserved on ordered receipts for the inventory dimension. The field appears when you total all issue transactions with the status . Items that are reserved as ordered are not physically available in inventory and, therefore, cannot be directly picked and delivered from inventory.

The updated physical quantity available, including ordered minus ordered reservation.

The date of the physical transaction, i.e., the date on which the items are received or picked on a packing slip.

The date of the financial transaction, i.e., the date on which the items are invoice-updated or cost accounted via production.

The lot number related to the transaction. See also Lots (form).

The module that generated the transaction.

The number of the reference type specified in the field.

The packing slip number for an item that is picked or received on a packing slip in the Sales or Purchase modules.

The invoice number for an order or purchase that is invoice-updated.

The current receipt status for receipt transactions. If the field is empty, the transaction is an issue.

- The purchase order is invoiced.

- The purchase order is packing-slip updated.

- The item is registered. When setting up inventory model groups, you can indicate in the field that item receipts must be registered upon physical updating.

- The item is registered in a shipment.

- The purchase order is created.

- The sales quotation with a negative quantity has been sent to the customer for approval. The sales quotation is not yet a credit note.

The quantity in inventory units for the transaction. The quantity shows receipts and issues, with issues showing a minus sign.

The number that have been financially settled.

Select an item configuration to specify an item with specific attributes.

Note Note

If you work with purchase and sales order, you cannot change the item configuration when you have updated order transactions, such as, registration, packing slip and invoice update.


The size of the item

The color of the item.

Enter the warehouse in which you will store your items.

Enter the Batch number dimension. If you select and in the upper section of the / form, you can edit the batch number for the transfer order line.

Serial number dimension. If you select and in the upper section of the / form, you can edit the serial number for the transfer order line.

The current issue status for issue transactions. If the field is empty, the transaction is a receipt.

Possible issue states are:

- The sales order is invoiced.

- All order lines have been delivered to the customer.

- The sales order is picking-slip updated.

- The item is on-hand and reserved for a sales order.

- The item is not on-hand yet, but it is reserved from a purchase order.

The sales order is created.

- The sales quotation has been sent to the customer for approval. The sales quotation is not yet a sales order.
